Artwork should be supplied at 300dpi if possible. We don’t print artwork at 120dpi or below so please check your files before ordering prints and supplying artwork.

When ordering prints make sure your artwork is the correct size i.e. when ordering A4 prints you need to supply artwork that is A4 in size. If you’re ordering artwork in various sizes, please send the largest file i.e. if you are getting the same design in A5-A3 please send an A3 file.

Allow a 5mm min. border in your design i.e. if your final print size is A4 (297mm x 210mm) please make sure the artwork is 292mm x 205mm with an additional 5 mm border.

Supply your artwork with an RGB colour profile if possible. If you prefer to supply art with a CMYK colour profile, we’re happy to accept it, but we do have excellent colour matching that works well with RGB profiles.

We accept PDF, TIFF, PNG & JPEG files. PDF or TIFF would be preferable but we are happy to accept others. Each artwork will be quality checked so we will let you know if there are any issues.
