  • Yes! You can read all our guidelines for print orders here.

  • Each print is priced individually based on the paper, size and weight and you can see all our prices here.

  • We have papers from Hahnemühle, Cuthbert’s Mill and Canson. You can read more about each one and find out which is best for your prints here.

  • You can order your prints in A5, A4, A3, A3+, and A2. If you have a particular size and you’d like to know if we can print it, please drop us an email or add a comment to your order. We cannot print above A2 (42x59.4cm).

  • Delivery price is dependent on the service you choose. We send all orders with Tracked or Signed-For delivery as standard to ensure they reach you safely but there is an upgrade available for quick delivery.

    Be mindful that a quicker delivery service does not change our processing time which is currently 3-5 working days.

  • Our processing time for orders is 3-5 working days. Our Print Studio is open Monday-Friday, 9:30-5:30pm.

    Our shop is also open on the weekend when the studio staff are not on-site so be mindful when ordering that weekends are not included in the processing time.

    We cannot control any delays in delivery but we will provide a confirmation number for every order so you are kept up to date by our provider, Royal Mail, on any delays they may experience.

  • We do offer collection for orders. We are based on Otley Road in Leeds, and collection is free. You must bring your order receipt and ID with you to collect your order.

  • Nope! There is no minimum order amount.

  • You can read more about the sustainability practices of each paper supplier on their own websites: Hahnemühle, Cuthbert’s Mill & Canson. We use recyclable and biodegradable packaging where we can for orders and in store purchases. Being as eco-friendly as possible is important to us and we are constantly looking for new practices for the shop.

  • Nope! Sorry! But we do sell frames in-store in most A sizes.
