We scan 2D mediums up to A1 (59x84cm) in 300DPI or 600DPI. We use a flatbed scanner so you can get your chunky canvases, boards, paper, or textiles scanned without risk of damage.

How it works
Step 1
Measure your artwork. Our prices differ by size so make sure you measure correctly so that it doesn’t delay the order. If you’re unsure, there’s a quick guide below.
Step 2
Choose your scan quality! We scan at 300DPI as standard but we do offer a higher quality scan at 600DPI for those who need it.

Step 3
Order your scans through the shop below and pay for your order.
Step 4
Get your postage labels ready. You’ll need to print a postage label for yourself and a Returns label for us. We recommend doing this through Royal Mail (click here) as they are active for 10 days after purchase. You’ll need to purchase the labels and post your art on the same day to ensure it arrives with us in time to send it back within the 10 day period. Email us the Returns label so that we have it ready when your art arrives.
You’ll need to measure and weigh your artwork when you fill out the postage labels. If you don’t send us a Returns label, unfortunately we will not be able to return your artwork to you and you will have to collect it in person. If you’re happy to collect, that’s absolutely fine! If you are sending a large amount of artworks to us, let us know before ordering and we can arrange with you to send a Returns label later in the process/before it needs to be posted back to ensure it is still valid for delivery.
We recommend getting Tracked shipping so that everyone is able to track the items and ensure they arrive safely.
