Hello! Thank you for your interest in joining Beam Works. Here’s more information about us and how we work.
Beam Works is a printing studio & art shop based in Headingley, Leeds. All of the art sold in-store is printed in our studio and we work with each artist to print and sell their work in a way that they prefer. Our artists are able to choose their own paper, of which we have seven to choose from, and set their own retail price. We cover the initial printing costs and take a commission from the art prints sold in the shop.
Artwork can be supplied as a digital file or we can scan it in-store (price list here). If supplied digitally, the artwork needs to be 300dpi (no less than 150dpi) and to size. If the prints are available up to A2 then the file supplied needs to be A2. We predominantly sell prints in A sizes, but are more than happy to discuss cut-to-size options as well.
